- Show Choir Invitational: The Rhythm and Music Showcase is Sat., Feb. 27. Sixteen groups from across the state of Iowa will compete at Southeast Polk High School. This invitational is the biggest fundraiser for the show choirs each year. A program is being printed by Prairie Meadows to be given away on the day of the competition with information about each school and ads from local companies. CLICK HERE

- Community Education: Southeast Polk Community Education winter 2009-10 program registration is open. To view program information and to register, visit www.centralplace.org or call the Central Place office at 515-266-6795. Programs fill-up quickly, so register today!
- School Board Meetings: Regular board meetings will now be held on a rotating basis at each of the district's school buildings. The public is welcome and encouraged to join the board and administration for these meetings held the third Thursday of each month beginning at 5:30 p.m.

- Registration Information: To complete the registration process for students returrning to the district, click HERE to access online registration information. Families with students new to the district should contact Registrar Jacki Johnson at 957-3429 for more information on the registration process.
- Activity Bus Routes: CLICK HERE for more information and to download a permission form that must be returned in order for students to ride the activity bus. For the winter season, activity bus will depart the JH at 5:05 and the HS at 5:15.
