Conflict Managers try to help solve students' problems without involving adults or teachers. They go through training in January and must follow a specific process when solving conflicts. There is always one boy and one girl at each conference. Three boys and three girls are selected from their peers as freshmen and remain conflict managers through their high school graduation.
