DECA is a students organization that incorporates leadership, vocational understanding, service, and social intelligence into a variety of activities throughout the year. Students participate in leadership conferences, conduct service projects, and compete in various business competitions. Members may qualify to enter skills contests at local, state and national levels.
DECA is known for integrating academic achievement with vocational skills and creating linkages with the business community. DECA is open to all students 9-12 and is strongly encouraged for those enrolled in business and marketing classes.
