To be considered for National Honor Society, students must achieve at least a 3.50 cumulative GPA after the first semester of their sophomore year. After this, candidates receive an application to fill out about their activities, honors, awards and community service experience. A faculty council reviews the applications along with attendance and discipline records. After reviewing recommendations, the faculty council votes on who will be accepted into National Honor Society.
