Altoona fifth grader Danielle Bauer recited her speech on Charles Ringling during Altoona’s Wax Museum. As part of a media collaboration project, fifth graders had three weeks to research a deceased person of note, make a timeline of his/her life, create a “Person of the Year” magazine cover and prepare a speech in the firstperson to recite during the Wax Museum.
