Beginning January 1, 2010, students will be able to apply for the following scholarships at www.IHaveaPlanIowa.gov through one common application: the All Iowa Opportunity Scholarship, the All Iowa Opportunity Foster Care Grant, the Education and Training Voucher (ETV) Grant, the Governor Terry E. Branstad Iowa State Fair Scholarship, Iowa National Guard Education Assistance Program (NGEAP) and the Robert C. Byrd Honors Scholarship. The Robert D. Blue Scholarship will also have an online application available for students beginning January 1, 2011, at www.IHaveaPlanIowa.gov. The Iowa Farm Bureau Federation Scholarship will post a downloadable application at www.IowaCollegeAid.gov beginning January 1, 2011, as well.
