2012-13 Registration Information
REGISTER BY MAY 18

To prepare for next school year, we ask that all students register by May 18, 2012. To register your student, complete the appropriate paper forms and then access the online registration link to complete the required information.

Textbook fees for the 2012-13 school year can be paid at this time. Optional fees for activity passes, after school clubs, parking permits, and transportation can be paid at this time.

Course fees have not been added to student accounts. (Example: workbooks, instrument fees, etc.) Please remember to check your account after July 1 to pay required course fees.

Registration is a 3-Step Process
1. Student Information

Required information to be completed online includes:

  • Verification of Student Data
  • Federal Race and Ethnicity Categories
  • Parental Authorization for Releasing Student Directory Information
  • Field Trip Permission
  • Release of Information to Military Recruiters
  • Human Growth and Development Instruction

Note - Once logged in you may see a message that you have already completed online registration. Ignore this message and use the SELECT option for each student to update your student information. Once you have completed the steps, select SUBMIT, the information will be updated and the record wil display the current date.

2. Required Paper Forms

In addition to the online registration, each of our school buildings have required forms. These forms can be accessed online, but must be printed out to be returned to the school office. These forms can not be submitted electronically. If you are unable to access the forms from this website, obtain the forms from your school office.

Return the completed forms to your school office by May 18.

If you chose, you may also go to your child’s school and complete the required forms. Onsite registration will be held on the dates listed below.

3. Pay District Fees

Fee Payment

At the end of the online registration process, you will be prompted to pay textbook fees.Optional fees for activity passes, after school clubs, parking permits, and transportation can be paid at this time. When selecting optional fees, be sure to select ones labeled 2013.

Course fees, including workbook and instrument fees, will be applied to your student’s account after July 1.

To pay fees online, go to RamMall and log in using your Infinite Campus username and password. Fees can be paid online using MasterCard, Visa or Discover.

Fee Notice

Due to the confidential nature of the Free and Reduced Meal Program, textbook fees will be assigned to all households. A request for wavier of textbook fees can be completed when the Iowa Eligibility Application (Free and Reduced Application) is submitted to the school. Applications will be available August 1.
