ACT: Important information in regards to students taking ACT.  Make sure when you are filing on line or filling out the packet, request your score be sent to your high school.  Southeast Polk's code is 163850. This allows your scores to be sent to the school and your scores will then appear on your transcript. Not entering this code, along with college codes for the test scores to be sent, will cost $9.00 a piece.

In addition, those signing up for the June 12, 2010, test date here at Southeast Polk.  Please note the test code center has been changed to 260690. It is listed incorrectly in the registration packet. This is due to our change of address to 7945 NE University, Pleasant Hill.
Facilities Rental: The facilities of the Southeast Polk Community School District are for the primary use of students for curricular and extracurricular activities. The school board believes school facilities should be available for the community when such use does not conflict with school activities or maintenance projects. Representatives of groups interested in renting school facilities are required to make arrangements. CLICK HERE for more information on renting one of our facilities.
Student Assistance Program: The Employee and Student Assistance Program offered by Iowa Health Des Moines is confidential and provides caring help for students experiencing personal and/or family problems. The program provides a choice of options in a private and relaxed atmosphere. Call 515-263-4004 or toll free at 1-800-732-4490.
